When a Captain attack another Captain who's 6 levels lower than them, they will become Chaotic and will not be able to use Peace Shields.

However, the Chaotic condition will not be applied in the following cases:

- When attacking your own Territory via the Change Captain menu on the same account.

- When attacking a Territory belonging to a different Alliance located within your own Alliance Territory.

- When the Fortress level of the attacked Territory is Lv. 25 or higher.
