When a Captain attack another Captain who's 6 levels lower than them, they will become Chaotic and will not be able to use Peace Shields.

But if you attack a Captain (who is 6 levels lower than you) located within your Alliance Territory, this penalty will not be applied.

If you attack a low-level Captain located in another Alliance's Territory, you WILL become Chaotic, so please be careful!
