The maximum Fortress level has been expanded to Legendary Level (LLv.2), along with various other feature levels.

- The maximum levels of key buildings within your Territory have also been expanded for the Legendary update.

- Triton’s Fury Research has been added to the Lore Collection LLv.2.

- Once your Shipyard reaches LLv.2, you will be able to build Triton’s Fury. 

The maximum level for PvE features has also been expanded to LLv.2.

- LLv.2 difficulty has been added for Monsters, Merchant Ships, the EITC, and Notorious Pirates.

- These features require Legendary Class Letters of Marque or Privateer's Licenses to challenge.

- The Tough Challenge! Buff will apply to all Monster levels when you reach Fortress level L.

   As before, this buff will apply only when obtaining Resources and Plunder Goods.
