You can collect resources from Resource Buildings in your Territory.

You can also collect Resources from Quests, Hunting, Resource Islands, Plundering and Bartering.

Remember to Upgrade your Depot when you go Hunting or Collecting from Resource Islands,

so you'll have room to store extra resources.
