A ‘Captcha’ is a system to prevent macros/ bots. 

A Captcha window will appear when manually hunting monsters beyond a specific number of attempts made without using a Capture Tool. 

You must successfully enter the random sequence of numbers to continue the hunt. 

Be reminded that you cannot proceed with hunting until you pass the Captcha system even if you reconnect to the game after the Captcha system appears.
