You can move you Dominion by touching an empty area on the ocean and then touching [Move Dominion].

In order to move, you need a Migration Ticket. If you don’t have one, 

you need 2,000 Gold.

※ If you want to move to a specific coordinate, touch your Dominion and enter the coordinate at the ocean screen.
