Your fleet stats for the Grand Arena will be set as they are at the moment you organize your fleet.

This means that if you had activated a buff when you organized fleet for the Grand Arena,

it will maintain the stats as such, even if your buff expires.

However, it also means that if you upgraded your ships, changed your Figurehead or powered up via completing researches, you must re-form your fleet to have those changes reflected at the Grand Arena.
