How to Use the Web Shop

1. Ways to Access the Pirates of the Caribbean: Tides of War Official Web Shop:

- Official Web Shop [Shortcut] 

• From Joy Lounge:

       - Click on the [SPECIAL DEALS] menu tab, then [View Deals] for Pirates of the Caribbean: Tides of War.

       - Click on your [username] in the top right corner, then [Web Shop]

- Click [Web Shop] on the Pirates of the Caribbean: Tides of War official website. 

2. Upon entering the Pirates of the Caribbean: Tides of War Official Web Shop, click the [Log In] button at the top right and log in with your game account.

* The Official Web Shop can only be used after logging in with the game account you wish to make purchases on. 

* You can log in to the Web Shop using the account information linked in-game.

 3. Check the Server/Character that will receive the product before making a purchase. 

4. Confirm the Receiving Character after selecting a product, and then proceed with payment.

• Products purchased on the Web Shop are sent to the Inbox of the Selected Character related to the account linked to the Web Shop.
• Please confirm that the Selected Character and Nickname are correct before making a purchase. 
• If you were logged into the game at the time of purchase, please restart the game to ensure that the purchased product can be distributed properly. 
• The Free Daily Gift resets every day at 00:00 (UTC) and can be claimed again after this time.
• Access to the Web Shop may be restricted during maintenance or other specific circumstances that may impact shop access. 
• The list of displayed products and eligibility to purchase certain products may vary depending on qualifications of your Selected Character.
• The contents of this guide are subject to change.
