Tactician's Gifts have Common and Uncommon grades.

You cannot use the Tactician's Gift for the upgrade if it has a different grade with the same name.

Uncommon Tactician's Gifts can be obtained from Monsters, EITCs, Notorious Pirates and Tactician's Gift Boxes with a chance rate.

We  suggest you to check if Uncommon Tactician's Gift is required for the upgrade of Tactician!
