In case of Android users, you cannot download applications to external memory devices. 

If you do not have enough space within the device, the game may not download.

Although it may be tedious, we would like you to follow the steps below 

to secure enough device space to install the game.

■ How to Secure Device Space: Delete Your Applications’ Cache 

- Application: [Settings] > [Application Manager], click on the apps and click [Delete Cache]

■ Delete Unused Applications and Data 

- Delete unused applications and data such as pictures and videos.

※ The steps to delete cache can be different depending on the device.

■ OS Minimal Requirement : Android OS 5.0(Lollipop) or above (Updated Jan. 23rd, 2024)

※ You can check Android version information at [Settings] > [About Device] > [Android Version]

Using an OS that does not meet the minimal requirement may result in failing to download the game.
