※ Payment cancellation is not possible if 7 days have passed since the purchase or if the purchased item has been claimed from the mailbox.
※ Items that are immediately applied upon purchase are excluded from payment cancellation.
※ Purchases with probability based rewards which are determined after opening cannot be cancelled.
※ If you use items acquired through purchase events, purchases made within the duration of the event cannot be cancelled.
