[Reasons for not being able to cancel a payment]
※ Payment can't be canceled more than 7 days after purchase or when you receive your purchase in the mail.
※ Products that are effective immediately upon purchase are not eligible for payment cancellation.
※ When redeeming items earned with a checkout event, purchases made during the checkout event cannot be canceled.
