Facebook Login Termination FAQ

The Facebook login service will soon be discontinued. Please read the following information carefully to ensure your account is properly linked and your data is protected.

 

Q1. The Facebook login button disappeared. What should I do?
 As Facebook login support is ending, you will no longer be able to log in using your Facebook account.
Please use a different login method (Email, Google, Apple, etc.) to access the game.

 

Q2. I didn’t link any other login method. Will I lose my account?
If your account is not linked, you may be unable to access it after the service for Facebook login is terminated.
 To keep your account safe, please link it to another login method as soon as possible.
 If you are already locked out, please contact Customer Support for recovery instructions after verifying your identity.


Q3. I can’t log in with Facebook. What happened to my account?
 Your account has not been deleted.
 If it was previously linked to another login method, you can access it using that method.
If not, please contact Customer Support for recovery instructions after verifying your identity.

 

Q4. I want to switch from Facebook login to another method. How do I do that?
Go to [Settings] > [Manage Account] within the game to link your account to another method (Email, Google, Apple, etc.).
 Once linked, you can use the new method to log in without Facebook.

 

Q5. I forgot which login method I used. What should I do?
You can request an account confirmation through Customer Support.
 Please provide as much information as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Q6. When will Facebook login end?
Facebook login will no longer be supported after [06-25-2025].
 Please make sure to link your account before this date.

 

Q7. Where can I link my account to email or another method?
Go to [Settings] > [Manage Account] in the game.
 Once linked, you’ll be able to log in freely using that method.

 

Q8. I want to recover my account. What should I do?
 You can request account recovery through Customer Support.
 Please provide the following information and we will do our best to assist you.

  • Admiral Name and Admiral Number
  • Last login date
  • Payment details (e.g., screenshot of receipt)
  • Device information
  • Any screenshots showing your account info
