A. During Offline Mode, offline rewards are only given along with the stage advancements,

regardless of the Auto Play subscriptions.

Please see below for offline mode limitations:

1. Hero Ball Auto Draw (Monthly fixed amount)

2. Auto Combine (Monthly fixed amount)

3. Stage advancement limit above the highest stage record

4. Alphabet collection

5. Receiving of Supply Boxes

Please also note that Offline Mode rewards can only be received for up to 12 hours.
