Here is how to check out your order receipt. 

■ Google Play Store

1. Access Google Gpay ▶ https://payments.google.com/

2. Login with your Google account.

3.[Acitivity] ▶ Select your payment activity.

※ Order number starting from GPA must include in your receipt.

■ App Store

1. Access & Login at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

2. Select ‘Receipt’ tab

3. Check out your details and take a screenshot of the receipt.

■ Xsolla

1. When it comes to Xsolla purchases, your purchase receipts have been sent to your email address provided for Xsolla purchase info. 

2. If the mobile payment or email has been deleted, request a receipt through Xsolla Customer Center at ▶ https://help.xsolla.com/

※ The receipt should include the transaction number of 9 -10 digits, the game name, and the total payment amount.
