"Ruler"

The guild leader of the guild occupying the world’s tower in the central city will become the ruler.

 ◆ If a Guild Leader is changed, Ruler will be also changed.

 ◆ A ruler can exercise many powerful rights like below.

  1) Title

   - Commanders, no matter the commander belongs to a guild or not, can be given titles by the Ruler.

   - Each title has its unique effects. (It can be checked at the list of Titles.)

  2) Edicts: Edicts can be issued on World Chat by a ruler so that all commanders can listen.

 3) Ruler’s Blessings: A ruler can provides an enchantment for all commanders in the world. (Only one blessing can be activated at once.)

  4) Release Prisoners: A ruler can release all prisoners in the world at once. This can be used only once during the ruling period.

  5) Ruler Reward: There is a reward only a ruler can bestow, and it will be updated soon.
