You can preset 10 sets of commander talent like equipment preset.

Go to commander screen -> Select [Talent] -> [Talent List] at upper right to edit your commander talent.

Distribute talent points and make your own talent preset depending on your purposes such as building upgrade, collection, battle and etc.

Try to use construction preset when building upgrade becomes important.

And try to use battle preset when you need to have battles.

Talent preset will be helpful for domestic affair, army, growth of commander, and development of dominion.
