Can't remember your password?

Follow the steps below to recover your private information.

Run Joycity game application > select Log in with a different account > Sign-in with Email > Type in your registered email in 'Forgot Password?' field at the bottom of the screen and an email with a temporary password will be sent.

Please change the password after the logging in with the temporary password!

※ How to change password

1. Run Joycity game application > Settings > Profile(Enter password for privacy protection) 

2. 'Password' from 'Manage emails' page to change password(Number + at least 8 characters)

※ Contact the Customer Support(gameofdice@joycity.com) or use the find password service if you cannot access your information due to forgotten password.
