Game of Dice Payment payment errors
The payment was processed, but I did not receive my Gem (AppStore)

If you did not receive your Gem after the transaction, please follow these steps:

Check the FAQ and submit the following details to the customer center to claim your purchase.


* Required Info

1. Game of Dice nickname, App Center ID: (you can check your App Center ID in the game's Settings > Profile menu)

2. The transaction number starting with "M" 

3. Brief description of your transaction

(ex. I made of purchase of $0.99 around 9AM PST on February 4, but did not receive my Gem)

(Log into iTunes > Account Info > View Account > Purchase History > See All)
