Check the FAQ and submit the following details to the customer center to claim your purchase.
* Required info for Google Play:
1. Game of Dice nickname, App Center ID: (you can check your App Center ID in the game's Settings > Profile menu)
2. Google transaction gmail account: Log into Play Store > Click / tap upper left corner to access
3. Brief description of your transaction
(ex. I made of purchase of $0.99 around 9AM PST on February 4, but did not receive my Gem)

* Required info for iTunes:
1. Game of Dice nickname, App Center ID: (you can check your App Center ID in the game's Settings > Profile menu)
2. The transaction number starting with "M"
3. Brief description of your transaction
(ex. I made of purchase of $0.99 around 9AM PST on February 4, but did not receive my Gem)

(Log into iTunes > Account Info > View Account > Purchase History > See All)
* NOTE: If you already used some of the purchased Gem, you cannot cancel the transaction.
* The Play Store / AppStore has the final authority over cancellation of the transactions.
It may thus take several days until your cancellation request is fully processed.
