※ Due to the following buffs, Upgrade Success Rates may differ:

- Research Lab > Research > Economy II > Equipment Upgrade Success Rate Research I, II: completing these Researches increases the Equipment Upgrade Success Rate by a maximum of 2%.

- Munitions Plant Building Level Increase: Increasing the level of the Munitions Plant Building increases the Equipment Upgrade Great Success Rate by a maximum of 1.5%.
