The Facebook login option will soon be discontinued. Please review the information below to ensure your account is properly linked and your data remains secure.


Q1. The Facebook login button is gone. What should I do?
Once Facebook login support ends, you will no longer be able to access the game using a Facebook account.
To continue playing, please log in using another login method (such as email or Google).


Q2. I haven’t linked my account to anything else. Will my account be lost?
If you do not link your account, you may lose access after Facebook login is discontinued.
To keep your account safe, please link it to another login method in advance.
If you are already unable to log in, you can request account recovery through [Customer Support] after identity verification.


Q3. I used to log in with Facebook, but now I can’t access my account. What happened to it?
Your account has not been deleted. 

If you linked it to another login method in advance, you can log in using that method. If you did not link it, please contact [Customer Support] for identity verification, and we will guide you through the account recovery process.


Q4. I want to switch from my Facebook account to another login method. How can I do that?

In the game, go to [Settings] > [Account Management] and select a linking method (such as Email or Google). Once linked, you can log in using the new method and continue playing without Facebook login.


Q5. I don’t remember my other login method. What should I do?

You can request an account information check through our [Customer Support].
Please provide as much information as possible so we can verify your account and assist you.


Q6. When will Facebook login be discontinued?

Facebook login will no longer be supported after the scheduled maintenance on August 14, 2025.
Please make sure to link your account to another login method before this date.


Q7. Where can I link my account to email or other login methods?

You can link your account from [Settings] > [Account Management] in the game.
Once linked, you will be able to log in freely using that method.


Q8. I want to recover my account. How can I do that?

You can request account recovery through our [Customer Support].
 Please provide the following information to help us assist you quickly:

  • Town Name
  • Town Hall level
  • Last login date
  • Payment details
  • Device information
  • Screenshot(s) showing account information
