You cannot take part in a Rally for the following reasons. 

■ Insufficient Troops

You need to have enough available Troops for them to participate in a Rally. 

Rallying is not possible if your Troops are already on the Field due to an automatic rally activation.

■ Insufficient March Queues

No Troops can march if all your March Queues are currently in use.

Please try again once your Troops return to your Town, or after adding an additional March Queue.  

■ Insufficient Rally Orders

A Rally Order is an item used to participate in a Rally. You need to have enough of these in order for your Troops to rally.

A new Rally Order is added at regular intervals, and additional Rally Orders can be obtained by using specific items or watching ads.
