※ Refunds will not be processed if 7 days have passed since the purchase or if the item has been claimed from the in-game mailbox.

※ Items that take effect immediately upon purchase are not refundable.

※ If the item acquired through the purchase event is used, purchases made during the event period are not eligible for a refund.
