If you wish to cancel the undelivered purchase, please follow the steps below.


1. Check Transaction History [Google Pay]


Visit Google Pay > Log in > Activity > Select the transaction you wish to check > 

Check Transaction ID (starting with GPA.) > Take a screenshot including the time and date of the transaction  


2. Contact Customer Support
