[Guide] World War

■ What is [World War]?

- [World War] is a massive scale war for server supremacy among those Alliances that have seized control of the Base of Operation.

- Eligible Admirals can participate in the [World War] once the Server War Status becomes ‘Period of Conflict’. After the 1st World War ends, the conflict will progress every two weeks. (*Base of Operation Conquest & World War will progress weekly in turn.)

- If your server has Governance over the opponent server, you can collect a Tax from them.

※ You can confirm your Server War Status at Sea > View More > Sea Map > At the left-upper side of the screen.

■ How it works

1. Participating Alliances & Group Matching

Any Alliance that has won the battle for control of the Base of Operation will be qualified to participate in the World War.

The World War will progress with 3 groups, and each group consists of 3 servers.

※ If a Server does not have an Alliance that completed the Base of Operation Conquest, that Server will not be able to participate in the World War. This may result in a 1:1 group match depending on circumstances.

2. World War Mercenary

Before the World War begins, other Admirals who are not in the Governing Alliance, currently in control of the Base of Operation can apply to become Mercenaries.  The Governing Alliance leader can recruit as many Mercenaries as needed from the submitted applications to best prepare for the World War. The more Mercenaries you hire, the greater the advantage will be. So, it is crucial to communicate ahead with other Admirals to make sure you hire the most powerful Mercenaries.

3. Server Transfer

World War participants can temporarily move to other servers within the affiliated group through their Base of Operation.

The participants must depart from their original server. Keep in mind that some buffs, such as City buffs will not be applied while you are on another server.

4. Base of Operation Occupancy

Once the World War begins, participants will have offensive and defensive battles simultaneously to defend their Base of Operation and occupy the opponent's Base of Operation.

If you occupy the opponent bases located in the Central Sea, you will receive Occupancy Points. When you successfully seize the opponent's Base or defend your Base, the Base will become invulnerable for a while. If you fail to maintain the Occupancy Status, you will lose some of your Occupancy Points.

5. End of the World War

If your server obtains 50,000 Occupancy Points from the other server, your server now has Governance on the opponent server, and you can collect Tax from them.

Plus, participating Admirals will receive various rewards depending on their individual contributions, and they can then use the points acquired to purchase products in World War Medal Shop.

However, a mutual occupancy situation can occur in the case that your server fails to defend (even if your server obtains above 50,000 Occupancy Points). So, do not let your guard down.

■ Rules

1. The World War begins with having your own server's Governance. If you occupy the opponent bases located in the Central Sea, you will receive Occupancy Points.

2. If your server obtains 50,000 Occupancy Points by occupying the opposing server, your server now has Governance over the opposing server.

3. If you occupy the opponent's bases located in the Central Sea, you will receive Occupancy Points. When you successfully seize the opponent's Base or defend your Base, the Base will become invulnerable for a designated period of time. If you fail to maintain the Occupancy Status, you will lose some of your Occupancy Points.

4. If you stay in your server, you cannot obtain any Occupancy Points, but you can defend your server bases to make the opponent lose their Occupancy Points.

5. At the conclusion of the battle, if no server obtains 50,000 Occupancy Points, the Alliance that occupies the Base of Operation at the end of the war will attain Governance on the server.

6. A server deprived of its Governance cannot move to another server in their group. However, Admirals who maintain position on the opponent server can continue to occupy bases to obtain Occupancy Points until they return to their server.
