If you do not hear background music and sound effects in the game, please check if sound option is ON/OFF from setting menu.

◆ Game sound setting

- Tap the icon with three line bar(above the map icon) -> Setting > Sound Setting

If sound option is ON and the volume of your device is not zero but you still cannot hear any sound, it can be due to the damaged file while downloading the game.

Therefore, we suggest you to delete and re-install the game.

◆ How to delete cash and data (AOS)

Go to setting in device -> Application administrator -> TERA: Endless War -> Delete cash and data -> Delete the app

For iOS devices, kindly delete the game completely and re-install.

※ In case of Guest account, your account might not be accessible after reinstallment. Please make sure if your game account is linked.
