Please refer to that cancellation of purchase can be approved only within 7 days from your purchase date. And, the package products & benefits must not be received nor used.

For the packages which are applied upon purchase, it may be difficult to be refunded. And, if you proceed getting a refund without contacting us, it causes you to be suspended.
