Q. How do I link my account?

A. You can link your account through In-Game Lobby → Menu → Settings → Support Center → Twitch Link → QR Code.

Q. How do I claim Drops rewards? (Full process)

A. The process is: link your Twitch account → reach the target watch time (30 min / 1 hour / 2 hours) → click the "Claim" button for each reward.

You can claim each reward individually as you reach each watch-time milestone.

30 min watched → 300 Reyal

60 min watched → 500 Reyal

120 min watched → 100 Free Prism

※ Each tier's reward must be claimed individually after reaching the watch time. Reaching a higher tier does not automatically include the rewards from lower tiers.

Q. How long do I have to wait to receive my Drops rewards?

A. Rewards will be sent to your in-game mailbox within one month after the official launch.

Q. Do I have to link my account to take part in Twitch Drops?

A. Yes. To receive in-game rewards based on watch time, your FreeStyle Football 2 game account must be linked to your Twitch account. Please complete account linking in-game before you start watching.

Q. Which broadcasts do I need to watch to earn Drops rewards?

A. Watch time accumulates when you watch live broadcasts under the FreeStyle Football 2 category on Twitch from streamers whose stream is tagged "Drops Enabled."

Q. If I open several broadcasts at once, does watch time add up faster?

A. Even if you watch multiple channels at the same time, watch time is only counted for one channel.

※ If a stream tab is muted or running in the background, your watch progress may pause due to Twitch policy.

Q. I reached the target watch time but didn't receive my reward in-game.

A. After reaching the watch time, you must click the "Claim" button on Twitch's "Drops & Rewards" inventory page for the reward to be sent.

Q. I clicked "Claim" but still didn't receive my reward.

A. Depending on server conditions, it may take some time for Drops rewards to be fully delivered. Please try again shortly.

Q. Can I change or unlink my linked Twitch account?

A. You can unlink your currently linked Twitch account and link a different one through the menu.

※ Drops rewards already claimed on your previous account will not be transferred to the new account.
