A. Yes, full cross-platform play is supported across all platforms, including Xbox, PlayStation 5, and Steam. No matter which platform you choose, you can team up and play with your friends.
Q. What languages are supported in the game?
A. FreeStyle Football 2 supports a total of 9 languages: Korean, English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, and Chinese (Simplified/Traditional).
Q. Is the game free-to-play?
A. FreeStyle Football 2 will launch as a premium (paid) title. We are designing the game as a one-time purchase to ensure a stable and content-rich experience for everyone.
However, during closed beta tests or special events, the game will be accessible for free to selected Agents. We encourage you to play as much as you can during these test periods and share your valuable feedback with us.
Q. I get an 'Index: 400' error when trying to log in and can't access the game. What should I do?
A. This error message appears when the servers are not yet live or are currently undergoing maintenance. Before trying to log in, please check our official community channels to see if there is an active server maintenance in your region.

Q. Will the game be available on Xbox Game Pass at launch (Day One)?
A. Yes, FreeStyle Football 2 will be included in the Xbox Game Pass Day One lineup. Game Pass subscribers will be able to jump in and play on the very first day of launch. The standard paid title will also be released on the same day.
Q. Can I manually select my server region?
A. To ensure the smoothest gameplay experience, the game automatically selects the most optimal server for you upon logging in.
You can still invite Agents from other regions to join your party and play together. Please note, however, that the matchmaking server will be based on the party leader's region, and you may experience latency depending on your network conditions.
Q. Do I need a controller to play the PC version?
A. No, the PC version fully supports standard keyboard and mouse controls. That being said, we also offer full controller support for Agents who prefer playing with a gamepad.
